# How to load sprayer calibrations

Learn to simplify the process of entering sprayer settings in your diary. Easily load sprayer calibration information with just a few clicks.

Accessing sprayer calibration features requires a [multi-location subscription](https://www.spraydiary.com/pricing/).

### Steps to load sprayer calibration settings

1. Go to **Spray Diary -> View Diary **and either locate an existing spray entry or [start a new entry](https://www.spraydiary.com/help/docs/how-enter-your-first-spray-entry/).
2. In the **Equipment** section of the spray entry form, click **Load Calibration**.
   Note: This option appears only if a calibration record is available for the sprayer.
3. Select a calibration from the list and click **Load Calibration**. 
4. Choose **Yes, Continue** on the confirmation dialog. 
5. All sprayer settings from the calibration entry will be loaded into the spray entry, overriding any existing sprayer information.
