# How to change the diary entry status

### Learn how to modify the status of a diary entry.

Spray entries can have one of three statuses:

- **Scheduled** (blue) – The default status indicating that the spray job/entry is scheduled for the future.
- **In Progress** (orange) – Indicates that the spray job is currently underway.
- **Sprayed/Signed** (green) – Signifies that the spray entry has been completed and signed.

These statuses are visible when viewing the weekly or monthly diary, with each entry displaying a coloured vertical bar and status text indicating its current state. By default, the diary entry reports exclude entries that are **not** sprayed/signed.

### To update the spray status from the diary

1. Navigate to **Spray Diary -> Weekly Diary**.
2. Use the toolbar to navigate weeks/months and locate the desired spray entry.
3. Select the **view more**(3 vertical dots) option next to the entry.
4. From the menu, select the new status under **Change Status To**.
5. Confirm by selecting **Done**.

### **To update the spray status from the diary entry**

1. Navigate to **Spray Diary -> Weekly Diary**.
2. Use the toolbar to navigate weeks and locate the desired spray entry.
3. Select the **view more**(3 vertical dots) option next to the entry.
4. Choose **View/Edit**from the menu.
5. On the **Edit Spray Entry** screen, update the **Spray Status** to the new status.
6. Click **Save Changes**.
