# How to add a business logo

### Learn how to add your business logo in Spray Diary.

1. If you’re an administrator, click your profile icon/name and choose **Business Settings** or alternatively navigate to **System Options -> Business Settings**.
2. Click the pencil icon under **Business Logo.**
3. Choose your logo – it must be a .png or .jpg format and under 1 MB.
4. Click **Save**.
